Does stackers 3 actually work or am i wasting my money? Best answer on the web

March 11th, 2010
  • Its a source a caffeine, pure and simple. The other ingredients are the usuall urban myth stuff. It used to have epedra as well. If taken in quantity a slight weight loss may result but its usually not worth the side effects. Just eat less, its far cheaper

  • Arent those cups that you stack?? O.o

Why go for that, when you could buy your own cups

    and start stacking?

  • it depends on your age, if you are under 30 its a total wast of money because your testosterone levels are already pretty high. but if you are middle aged it might be worth it, but I still wouldn't buy them... Supplements like stackers aren't as effective as a good diet plan, the Perfect supplement is a perfect diet...

    here are a few questions:

I would say if you can answer yes to all these questions then you should maybe take a supplement...

Do you get up early enough and eat breakfast every morning?

Do you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night?

Do you eat a snack between breakfast and lunch every day?

Do you eat a snack between lunch and diner every day?

Do you drink at least a gallon of water every day?

Do you take a multivitamin every day?

Are you eating a well balanced diet every day (correct protein, carb, fat ratio)?

If you can answer YES to ALL of these questions and you are not seeing any results then you can take the supplements, but if not i wouldn't take them.

  • i've used stackers 2 and they worked for me, they kept me on my feet, if i sat down i would feel sick... i always took them before going on a jog.
